KC Osuji is the Chief Compliance Officer at Fiant, where he leads the design and execution of the company’s compliance and financial crimes program across digital asset and traditional payment products. He brings over a decade of compliance experience, including eight years as a Chief Compliance Officer, building and scaling regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency platforms and regulated financial institutions. KC works closely with regulators and business leadership to enable compliant growth, with a focus on risk-based program design, licensing strategy, and regulatory engagement.
He holds a JD/MBA from George Washington University, BA from Yale University, and is ACAMS-certified.
